If you are looking for a Closing Analyst position in commercial real estate finance, the below opportunity may be for you.

What you will be doing: 

  • Managing receipt and review of due diligence items and ensuring all necessary participants receive copies

  • Tracking rate lock and closing special conditions

  • Generating amortization schedules

  • Preparing escrow analyses

  • Assisting with drafting commitments

  • Generating accounting workbooks for review by Closing Officer and coordinating with Loan Funding and the warehouse lender to set loans up for funding

  • Preparing reconciliation of application fee and third party costs

  • Backing up the closing analyst responsible for the preparation of income notices and the follow up on servicing set up issues

  • Ensuring that data in Salesforce is complete and accurate throughout the process

  • Generating Midland HML within required timelines

  • Ensuring that documents needed within 48 hours for loan set up are received and placed in the Servicing Deliverables folder. Following up with counsel if documents are not received by required deadline

  • Preparing C&D commitments and submissions on Fannie Mae deals

  • Preparing ASAP submissions on Fannie Mae deals and providing necessary information and back up support to the Early Funding Desk

  • Reviewing C&D and the final 4662 before submission of the loan for securitization to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Tracking and following up on post closing requests from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

  • Assisting Director of GSE Closing with maintenance and update of the Warehouse Projection

  • Communicating and problem-solving daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, often in combination with travel

  • Other duties as assigned

The education and experience we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree
