About
Crow Holdings Industrial is looking for a highly motivated Intern Analyst to support the growth of the CHI platform. This role will report to the VP of Corporate Development, with direct visibility to the Senior Managing Director of the business. This role is scoped for a 6-month duration, with flexibility for business needs and candidate fit.
The Intern Analyst will support CHI by researching, synthesizing, and codifying up-to-date targeted market intelligence. This includes conducting research on industrial brokerages, occupiers/tenants, and developers/investors, as well as analysis on market trends and key drivers of industrial demand. The Intern Analyst will interface with leaders across CHI to gather internal intelligence. The Intern Analyst will also partner closely with the Information Management / Data Science team to ensure the insights flow into the best tools to support user access.
The Intern Analyst will gain experience evaluating all aspects of the industrial real estate market. At the conclusion of the internship, they will have the opportunity to share a summary of insights with the CHI Investment Committee.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct research and synthesize insights on industrial market trends and key players
Top brokerages
Top occupiers/tenants, including footprint, strategy, and personnel
Top developers/investors, including footprint, strategy, personnel
Market trends including supply/demand/pricing in key markets, and key drivers of industrial demand (e.g., ecommerce, manufacturing, onshoring, supply chain re-tooling, ESG)
Interface with leaders across CHI to gather internal intelligence and codify output
Collaborate with Information Management team to drive insights into key company tools and create dashboards, leveraging data gathered
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or Accounting), graduating Spring 2021, or recently graduated with up to 2 years of Real Estate experience
Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and organizational skills; strong oral and written communication skills
· Intellectually curious, highly self-motivated & action-oriented
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office suite
