Job Description

We are seeking a Fund Management Summer Analyst for Blackstone Property Partners U.S. (“BPP U.S.”), a core-plus, open-ended fund. BPP U.S. is a part of the Blackstone Real Estate’s broader Core+ business, which is the fastest growing segment within Blackstone Real Estate, with over $60 billion of investor capital under management.

Responsibilities

The BPP U.S. Fund Management Summer Analyst will work with BPP management to help manage all aspects of BPP including development & execution of key strategies and day-to-day management of the business. The main areas of responsibility for the BPP U.S. Fund Management Summer Analyst include:

• Portfolio Management & Analytics
  

  • Produce analytics to drive decision making on:
    

    • Investments (real estate allocations, hold vs. sell)

    • Balance Sheet (leverage, cost of capital, interest rate exposure, liquidity, buying power)

    • Capital Raising (new product development)

    • Corporate Strategy (performance, deployment, asset allocation)

  • Participate in and create materials for key special projects & internal meetings

  • Participate in weekly internal BPP U.S. meetings & discussions
    
    

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student

• Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2022 – Spring 2023
