Job Description:

Vivo Investment Group, a private equity real estate firm, is seeking a Full-Time Intern with potential to become a Full-Time Analyst in Southern California/Los Angeles area. You will be working directly under the VP of Investments and have the ability to learn about development, asset management, acquisitions, and more. Vivo specializes in converting hotels to multifamily and currently has over four deals in process with more in the pipeline. You will be assisting with screening new deals through preliminary underwriting, creating marketing packages, gathering market data (comps and other), writing investor reports, listening and contributing to calls with all players of the deal, and helping with other ad hoc items.
