Role Summary

In this position you will support a Regional Manager with the execution of new charging sites in target service areas for DCFC and L2 charging.

Responsibilities

  • Be the boots on the ground gathering market intelligence, identifying strategic sites and surveying key local partners.

  • Collaborate with data science team to build suggested travel stops including, but not limited to: SoC (State of Charge) needed when departing, necessary stops en route and charging time at each stop

  • Support Regional Manager with any documentation related to the transaction process flow and critical dates, such as notices to exercise lease options.

  • Monitor and maintain internal project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion .

  • Preparing presentations to relevant cross functional teams including Legal, Environmental Health & Safety and Executive Leadership.

  • Autonomy to run full cycle real estate charging process from initial outreach to charger deployment and activation, with support from Regional Manager.

  • Exposure to all critical charging teams: Site Development (Real Estate), Deployment (Construction), Data Science and Vendor Partners.



Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters in Real Estate Management, Business, Sustainability or other relevant degrees

  • Requires strong PowerPoint or Keynote skills

  • Requires intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Requires a very organized and motivated personality

  • Requires curiosity, and a desire to learn real estate and the Electric Vehicle charging market.

  • Requires good communication, writing and presentation skills.
