Responsibilities
Work directly with the Lead Transaction Coordinator to assist brokerage team
Work closely with Marketing team to draft, prepare and publish lease & sublease opportunity email campaigns
Make frequent inquiry phone calls to brokers and landlords
Building and filling out pricing tables for clients
Running transactions through our task management software (Asana)
Frequently monitor and manage transaction and market data
Track agent leads and lead maintenance
Compile agent data and update applicable documents and media as needed
Assist brokers with site tour preparation and scheduling
Preparing folders for listing and buyer presentations
Required Skills & Development
Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Various SaaS platforms and tools– Dropbox, Adobe Suite, Airtable, Asana, Mailchimp, G-suite, CoStar, Loopnet
Entry-level financial modeling skills and knowledge
Strong interpersonal communication and networking skills
Market research, monitoring and analysis
Be able to take direction and constructive feedback from management and peers well
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Interns should be eager to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Looking for organized, detail-oriented self-starters with an aptitude for diligently completing tasks
Bachelors Degree (or in progress)
Interest in Real Estate (preferably commercial), and/or actively pursuing license
· This is paid internship position - 10-15 hours per week commitment
