Cross Mountain Capital, a vertically integrated multifamily real estate sponsor, investor and manager is looking for spring and summer Asset Management and Finance intern. For the spring, the position is paid at $12-15/hr. Academic credit is also available in coordination with your school. The internship is an excellent opportunity to receive substantive hands-on experience working for a boutique fast growing real estate investor and operator.
The intern management intern will assist with underwriting, portfolio analysis, budget and property management items. Demonstrated interest in real estate or pooled investments is required. Past experience in some related capacity preferred but not required.
