Bridge Investment Group has an exciting opportunity for a Rising Junior to join us as a Summer Analyst within Debt Strategies Group based in New York.

Bridge Debt Strategies invests in commercial real estate-backed debt opportunities, including Freddie Mac securitizations, and directly originates first mortgage and mezzanine loans. The Summer Analyst will work on the originations team and assist with underwriting new transactions, deal sizing and evaluation, asset due diligence, and deal closing.

Bridge's fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means the Summer Analyst will be expected to take initiative on new projects and contribute across disciplines, working closely with senior management throughout the program.
Qualifications
Candidates should be highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to thriving in a fast-paced client facing role and having strong communication skills, a successful candidate should have:
Minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to write effectively
A self-starter, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Desire to work in a highly collegial and collaborative culture with an emphasis on teamwork
