Job Description:
Almanac Realty Investors, LLC is a well-established real estate investment management firm with over $4.7 billion in assets under management that is focused on making private investments of growth capital into private and public real estate companies. From the time of its founding in 1981, Almanac has raised over $7.5 billion related to a wide array of real estate opportunities.
The roles and responsibilities of an Analyst may include:
· Screening and analyzing public and private real estate investment opportunities
· Developing investment memoranda and delivering sections of research presentations
· Building property-level and corporate-level (three statement) financial models
· Other ad hoc special projects
Qualification/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required with no more than 2 years of work experience; minimum GPA of 3.5; analytical and detail-oriented individual with a great work ethic, deep intellectual curiosity, affable and humble personality, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interest in corporate finance and the real estate investment management industry
